Reasons:

1. Sometimes Support team will be tasked with bulk-adding automatic translations for a specific language.
2. This is also a good way to power through all the modules in a quick, methodical way without spending up the free Microsoft translator tokens allocated in a month.

Having a property dedicated for this purpose will help meet both of those concerns.
