Description

Fields are not in the right order after upgrading from 7.0 to Master

Pre-conditions

1. Apply the 7.0 dump. It can be found in LRQA-65841
2. Run the upgrade (/bundles/tools/portal-tools-db-upgrade-client and run db_upgrade.sh)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Documents and Media 
2. open the DM A
3. See that the text fields are not in the right order (bug)

Expected Result

The fields should be in the right order (DMA_70.mp4)

Actual Result

Fields are not in the right order after upgrading from 7.0 to Master (DMA_Master.mp4)
