Description
The Fieldset breaks when there is an empty space in its builder.

Steps to Reproduce - APP BUILDER

1. Go to Global Menu > Applications > App Builder > Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > Go to Fieldsets tab > Create a Fieldset with two fields;
3. Add the Fieldset in the Form Builder;
4. Go to Fieldsets tab > Edit the Fieldset;
5. Dimension one field, leaving an empty space in the Fieldset builder > Save the Fieldset > Propagate the changes.

Steps to Reproduce - WEB CONTENT

1. Go to Liferay > Content & Data > Web Content;
2. Go to Structures tab > Go to Fieldsets tab > Create a Fieldset with two fields;
3. Add the Fieldset in the Structure Builder;
4. Go to Fieldsets tab > Edit the Fieldset;
5. Dimension one field, leaving an empty space in the Structure builder > Save the Fieldset > Propagate the changes.

Expected Result
The Fieldset is NOT broken.

Actual Result
The Fieldset is broken.
