Source Preview modal can be relocated by dragging the preview modal

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Product Menu > Content & Data > Web Content
2. Create a new Basic Web Content by clicking + icon
3. Type some text in CKEditor
4. Click on Source to view source code
5. Click on the Preview icon next to Source button to view Preview
6. Drag Source preview modal around

Expected Result:

• Preview modal should not be draggable and centered

Actual Result:

• Preview modal is draggable and off centered
