Investigate the optimization possibilities of *TextExportImportContentProcessor classes during publishing

These classes process the content, basically as text. During the export, we search for links, references are created and in some cases extra info is added to the LAR file. At the import side, the references are validated and the new primary keys are added.
We experienced that, e.g. for web contents, the ExportImportContentProcessor takes a significant part of the process.

We want to investigate if we can optimize this.
