There is no out of the box role for portal or site content creator.

Description

One of the most basic roles that almost any portal or site will need is that of a content creator. While Liferay does provide an OOTB role for portal content reviewer, one is not created for a content creator. Defining a portal or site content creator role OOTB and being opinionated about what permissions that role should have (while allowing admins to change those permissions later) can help save administrators time.
