      Description

      Reproduction steps:

      1) Upload an image into Documents and media
      2) Insert Web Content Display portlet on blank page
      3) Create new Web Content and use Small Image - insert relative URL leading to small image stored in Document and media (i.e. /documents/19/0/Circle/6df1efa9-ab86-473c-8121-ecb6444e56a6?t=1358523189105)
      4) Export Public pages
      5) Import these pages into new Liferay bundle (into a new site, not the default)
      6) The URL of image inserted into new Liferay will naturally change (i.e. to /documents/10703/0/Circle/6df1efa9-ab86-473c-8121-ecb6444e56a6?t=1358523189105) -
      7) But the URL used in Web Content stay the same as in the original Web Content (/documents/19/0/Circle/6df1efa9-ab86-473c-8121-ecb6444e56a6?t=1358523189105)
