Step to reproduce:

1. Add a widget page
2. Add a web content based on Basic Web Content
3. Type text in content field
4. Select the text
5. Click the Link button in CKEditor toolbar
6. Link Info tab
7. Click the Browse Server button > Public Pages tab
8. Select the widget page

Expected Results:
The iframe should be closed.

Actual Results:
The iframe is still open.
