Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Message Boards widget to the page
2. Add a new thread
3. Click the "Reply" button

Expected Results
The "Reply" button is disabled. (Taken from https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-112157?focusedCommentId=2138047&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-2138047)

Actual Results
The "Reply" button remains enabled and clicking it erases all text inputted.
