 Summary:
User is automatically declining an event if it has another event at the same time

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Site Menu > Site Builder > Pages > Create a Widget Page
2. Add a Calendar to the Widget Page
3. Go to Open Menu > Control Panel > User and Organizations > Create a User A
4. Go to the Calendar and add an event and invite the User A
5. Create another event at the same time and invite the User A
6. Delete both events > Create a new event and invite the User A
7. Go to Open Menu > Control Panel > User and Organizations > Impersonate User A > Accept the event
8. Go back to Test Test and create another event at the same time and invite the User A

 Expected Result:
Step 3: User A has a pending invitation
Step 8: User A has a pending invitation

 Actual Result:
Step 3: User A is automatically declining the new event
Step 8: User A is automatically declining the new event
