 Summary:
My Submissions clay:navigation-bar navigation issues

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go User Menu > My Account > My Submissions
2. Click on "My Submissions" on the navigation heading
3. Go User Menu > My Account > My Submissions
4. Select one of the Filter and Order By items e.g. Completed

 Expected Result:
Step 2: Nothing happens
Step 8: The 'My Submissions' item in the Navigation menu should not change

 Actual Result:
Step 2: User unexpectedly brought to the Control Panel > Configuration > Workflow screen
Step 4: The 'My Submissions' item in the Navigation menu is no longer seen as 'active'. The text changes to grey and the white line underneath disappears
