After Starting and Shutting Down a Clean Portal Bundle, Temp files are left in the Tomcat Temp Directory

    Description
    According to com.liferay.portal.empty.temp.dir.EmptyTempDirTest, after starting and stopping a clean Portal bundle, there should be no files left in the ${LiferayHome}/tomcat*/temp directory, however there are currently jars and other miscellaneous files left over currently

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Compile Master
    2. Start Portal
    3. Shutdown Portal after it finishes starting up

    Expected Result
    ${LiferayHome}/tomcat*/temp is empty

    Actual Result
    ${LiferayHome}/tomcat*/temp has attached files in the temp directory & a folder that contains other miscellaneous items, related to etl_talend_context_printer_sample

    Tomcat + PostgreSQL 10.6
