      Description

      Background
When creating a fragment, you can use the resource feature to reference the image using the resource name.
Reference information: Including Default Resources in Fragments

      Issue
If you replace the image with a different one (with the same name), created fragments lose the reference and results with broken links.

      Steps

      1. Create a fragment that displays its resource image
      2. Add the fragment to any content page
      3. Remove the resource image from the fragment
      4. Add another image with the same name to the resource
      5. Reload the content page

      Actual result
The image of the fragment placed on the page is not displayed.

Fragment images are managed as any other Documents and Media, so replacing the image results in different Ids. This can potentially break all the fragments.

      Request
Improve how resources are managed to allow users change them so it's applied to all current fragments instead of breaking them.
