User with Account Manager role not able to view the account user

      Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a User: User1
      2. Add an orgnization: Orgnization1
      3. Assign the Orgnization1 to User1, assign the org role: Account Manager to User1
      4. Go to Applications > Accounts > Accounts to add a new accout: Account Name1
      5. Navigate to the Orgnizations tab to add Orgnization1 to Account Name1
      6. Navigate to the Users tab to add an account user: accountuser1
      7. Login or Impersonate as User1
      8. Go to Applications > Accounts > Accounts
      9. Navigate into the Account Name1
      10. Go to Users tab
        Checkpoint 1 assert the accountuser1 not listed
      11. Add an account user: accountuser2, and renavigate to the Users tab
        Checkpoint 2 assert the accountuser2 not listed

      Expect Result
      The accountuser1 and accountuser2 should be viewable for User1.

      Actual Result
      The accountuser1 and accountuser2 is not viewable for User1.
