Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content and Data > Web Content > Structure tab > Fieldsets tab > Create new Fieldset
2. Add a field with options (Ex. Single Selection)
3. Add options to this field
4. Save the Fieldset
5. Now try to edit it
6. See that it's not possible to save the fieldset. An error message is displayed to the user

Expected Result

It should be possible to edit a field with options in the fieldset modal
