Description:
The Duplicate Workflow's modal layout is not as expected

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Click on Single Approver's kebab menu
3. Click on Duplicate

Expected Result:
The modal Duplicate Workflow is displayed as the reference (ExpectedResult_Apr27).

Actual Result:
When the mouse hover the modal, a scroll bar is displayed; the buttons (Cancel and Duplicate) are too close; the modal window is resizable.
