Fieldset delete button doesn't work

Description
By clicking on the delete button on the fieldset sidebar, the fieldset can't be deleted.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures
2. Add a Structure and select to create a fieldset.
3. Inset a text and numeric field and pt it on the structure.
4. Click on the save button and go back to the Strucutre.
5. Delete the fieldset on the Structure.
6. Go to the sidebar and delete the fieldset you had created.
   Expected Result
   The fieldset is deleted properly.
   Actual Result
   The fieldset can't be deleted.
