Steps to reproduce

1. Set the following in portal-ext.properties

   search.container.page.delta.values=1
   search.container.page.default.delta=1
   

2. Upload all the files in the attached zip to the document library
3. Click on the "..." menu in the pagination iterator and confirm the styling
4. Navigate to page 2 of the results
5. Click on the "..." menu in the pagination iterator and confirm the styling

• Expected result is that the "..." inline-scroller looks the same on page 2 as it did on page 1
• Actual result is that the "..." inline-scroller looks different on page 2 when compared to page 1
