Description
The Product menu closes when the Builder sidebar opens in the Structure.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Product menu;
2. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab;
3. Add a new Structure;
4. Click on Builder sidebar to close it;
5. Click on Builder sidebar again to open it.

Expected Result
The Product menu should stay open.
Actual Result
The Product menu closes.
