Description
The created Structure appears in its own Fieldset list.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures;
2. Add a new Structure;
3. Go to Fieldsets and create a new Fieldset;
4. Add a text field and save the Fieldset;
5. Add it to the structure builder and save the Structure;
6. Go back to created Structure > Fieldsets

Expected Result
The created Structure does not appear in its own Fieldset list.
Actual Result
The created Structure appears in its own Fieldset list.
