Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Web content
2. Create a folder
3. Create a web content inside the folder
4. Move folder to recycle bin
5. Go to recycle bin and navigate to view the web content
6. Try to restore the web content

Actual Result

Nothing happen

Expected Result

A pop up is opened and you can choose the place to restore the web content
