Step to reproduce:

1. Add a display page template for Web Content Article and Basic Web Content
2. Add a Collection Display to display page template
3. Select the Highest Rated Assets collection provider
4. Add a Content Display to Collection Display
5. Publish
6. Add a web content based on Basic Web Content and select the display page template
7. Publish
8. Click the ellipsis button of web content > View Content

Expected Results:
The web content should be shown in display page template.

Actual Results:
You do not have permission to access the requested resource.
