Description
Grid field option value is not persisted in Web Content when there is a single row.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab;
2. Add a new Structure;
3. Add a Grid field with one row and two columns and save;
4. Go to Web Content tab;
5. Add a Web Content with the created Structure;
6. Select one option and publish;
7. Go to back to created Web Content.

Expected Result
The option value should persist in the grid field.

Actual Result
The option value is not persisted in the grid field.
