Description
Field value in the default language is not persisted in Documents and Media.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Documents and Media > Document Types tab;
2. Add a new Document Type;
3. Add a field and save;
4. Go to Documents and Media tab;
5. Add a document with the created Document Type;
6. Type a value into the field;
7. Change the language;
8. Type another value into the field and publish;
9. Edit the created Document.

Expected Result
Field value in the default language should be persisted in the document.

Actual Result
Field value in the default language is not persisted in the document.
