Description
The date format does not change when the locale is changed in the Dynamic Data List.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Dynamic Data Lists > Lists tab;
2. Add a new list;
3. Select To Do Data Definition and save;
4. Select created list;
5. Add To Do;
6. Change locale to pt-BR;
7. Verify date fields.

Expected Result
The date format should change to pt-BR.

Actual Result
The date format does not change to pt-BR.
