Workflow forms are user defined able forms that can be positioned within a workflow process. This has dependencies upon both the workflow designer and potentially an xform engine. The form itself is dynamically definable with many field types. Field types: free-form, text, number [currency, quantity, percentage], drop down, phone number, user defined (e.g. part number)

Workflow Forms portlet allows administrators to create forms-based application. Such an application will be defined as a flow of steps and in each of those steps one or more users may have to fill one or more forms. For each form the data will be saved in the Database. It should be possible for the administrator of the process to see all the forms data associated to a given instance of the flow. Once a Workflow Form application is defined, the administration portlet should allow exposing it as a new application in the "Add application" menu or in the Control Panel. In other words, Workflow Forms can be seen as an extension for User Data Lists for cases where the flow requires filling more than one form.
