      Description

      Basically, an admin would create forms for people to use. This would essentially create a mini-application in the system that the "Sales Rep" can add to a page. In there, they get the option to add another "record", in this case a Sales Request, or view all requests that they've created.
      Once submitted, a manager gets a notification, and can view pending requests, comment on them, and take action on it according to the design of the form
