Summary
When the Instance Administrator adds a new IDP connection for his SP site.
On the new IDP connection form's User Resolution section, nothing is selected, so the Instance Admin has no feedback about, what will be the default User Resolution method (aka User Matching).
The Instance administrator can save the IDP connection form, with this empty selection at the moment.
