Tolvnow Provider - Not Displaying After Site Scope Configuration

      Tolvnow Provider needs to refresh page to show widget.

      Steps to reproduce for "Always Override" option:

      1. Global Menu > Control Panel > Instance Settings
      2. Select "Always Override" 
      3. Go to a site > open site menu > Configuration > Site Settings > Click to Chat
      4. Toggle on "Enable Click to Chat"
      5. Select "Tolvnow" as Chat provider
        1. Fill Account ID
        2. DO NOT toggle on "Guest Users Allowed"
      6. Click "Save"
        1. Issue: No Tolvnow chat icon appears on the bottom right of the screen, even after success message confirmation
        2. Expected Behavior:  Tolvnow chat icon should appear on the bottom right of the screen since Tolvnow is the enabled chat provider.
