Intro/Context:

It is quite common to have plenty of categories to categorize the different content in the platform: articles, products, etc. Categories are generally managed by level.

Example:

level 1: Continent (count 5)
level 2: Countries (count 195)
level 3: States/Regions (varies from 1 to 100+)

etc.

The goal of this story is to provide a simple mechanism allowing to bulk update the categories present within a level.

Given the user has create a level X with N categories and has created a Default (or a Specific) DPT

When the user navigates to Categorization > Categories and clicked Vocabulary/Category

Then the user can select ALL the categories within it and assign a DPT using the same DPT selector as for categories by :

1. clicking the 3 dots of the management bar 
2. clicking "Assign categorie(s) to Display Page Template"
3. Using the DPT selector from a Modal:
   • (Same options as for Edit category)
