Account Role uncheckable in Accounts Portlet

Summary:

In the Accounts Portlet, a new Role is unselectable when it should be. Additionally, the kebob menu shows more than just Delete as options.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an Account.
2. Add an Account Role.
3. Navigate to Roles tab.
4. Attempt to select the checkbox next to the Role.
5. Click on the ellipsis next to it.

Expected results: One or more Roles can be selected using the checkbox, and Users are able to delete a role through the menu dropdown and the management bar.
Actual results: Unable to select, and no Delete option in menu.
