Description
Date field format changes very quickly in Web Content when focus changes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab;
2. Add a new Structure;
3. Add a date field and text field;
4. Save the Structure;
5. Go to Web Content tab;
6. Add a Web Content with the created Structure;
7. Type value in date field and publish;
8. Go to back to created Web Content;
9. Change the focus to text field while observing date field.

Expected Result
Date field format should not change

Actual Result
Date field format changes very quickly and changes back to the correct one
