Description
Number deletion is not possible in the Web Content translation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Web Content > Structures tab;
2. Add a new Structure;
3. Add a numeric field and save;
4. Go to Web Content tab;
5. Add a Web Content with the created Structure;
6. Type a value in numeric field;
7. Change the locale;
8. Try to delete the number.

Expected Result
The user should be able to delete the number.

Actual Result
The user is not able to delete the number.
