Duplicate tag on the dashboard

Requeriment: 

1. Create 1 site
2. Create a Web Content with one tag
3 . Create outher site
4. repeat step 2 (the tag needs to be the same)

Step-by-Step:
1. Go to Applications > Content > Content Dashboard 
2 . Filter and Order > Tags

Actual result:
Duplicate tag

Expected:
When creating two identical tags and the filter is applied, show only one tag
