Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Users & Organizations > Organizations
2. Create 2 organizations: Organization1 and Organization2
3. Search for the name of the user who created the organizations (If you created them logged in as Test, search for test)

Expect Result
Page shows empty results

Actual Result
Search page shows all accounts created by the user searched
