Test Description:
Verify that a Rule can be deleted

Test Steps:

1. Create a Form and title it "Form 1"
2. Add a Text field to the form
3. Navigate to the "Rules" tab
4. Add a new Rule
   • Condition:
     • If “Text” “Is empty” 
   • Actions:
     • Do “Require” “Text”
5. Save the Rule
6. Assert the Rule is present on the Rule Builder
7. Delete the Rule created
8. Assert the Rule is not present on the Rule Builder
