Steps to Reproduce

1. Categorization > Tags
2. Create a new tag 'actions msa'
3. Go to Web content > Create a new basic web content (or edit an existing one) > At the Metadata section click on 'Select'
4. Search for 'msa'

Expected result: tag 'actions msa' gets returned
Actual result: 0 Results for 'msa'
