      Apostrophe in segment property value breaks filter.

      Steps

      1. Create User "Shaquille O'Neal"
      2. Create new Segment
      3. Add last name property with "O'Neal"

      Expected
      Conditions match 1 members.

      Actual
      No match is found.

      Note
      Saving the segment and editing again erroneously removes the last name property. This happens with any property with a text value.
