What to show in an item of the Inline Text list when it refers to a value of a rich text field

The scenarios would be:

• When there is only text, the text is displayed
• When there is text and images, only the text is displayed
• When there are only images the item in the inline text list does not appear
• When there are other combinations including images such as an image plus a <br>, the item appears with a blank value.
