      User Story:

      As a new insurance shopper trying to get a quote on Raylife, I want to be able to enter my contact information so that I can start my insurance quote application.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      Given that I’m a new shopper that has selected their business type/industry for a quote, when I click to continue, then I should be able to enter my contact information.

      Application Header

      • Title:  "Just the business basics!"

      Application Fields

      Address Fields Google Integration

      • Using the existing integration in Raylife, users should be able to type in the street address and Google Address will filter down the address search
      • If the user selects a Google address, the Street Address, City, State and Zip Code fields will autofill with the selected Google address information
      • The user can enter a street address that is not found in Google address and manually enter the remaining address fields
      • The user can edit any of the autofilled address information

      Previous & Continue CTAs

      • Previous 
        • When clicked, users will be navigated to their previous screen with the following rules applied
        • If the user has not entered an email address and clicks “Previous”, no information will be saved
        • If the user has entered an email address and clicks “Previous”, all changes will be saved
        • An Application ID will be generated for the application
      • Continue 
        • Only enabled when all required fields have been fulfilled 
        • When clicked, users will be navigated to the next screen with all changes saved
        • If unable to save, the user will not be navigated to the next screen and the following error message will display:  “Unable to save your information. Please try again.”
        • An Application ID will be generated for the application

      Mobile Responsiveness:

      • All pages must be mobile-friendly
      • NOTE: ACTUAL MOBILE-RESPONSIVE DESIGNS AS SHOWN IN THE MOCKUP WILL BE COVERED UNDER A SEPARATE EPIC (LPS-134804).  WE JUST NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE STORY CAN BE VIEWED AS PASSABLE ON A MOBILE DEVICE

      ADDITIONAL NOTES:

      1. Save & Exit will be covered under a different Epic & Story so it doesn’t need to be included as part of this story
      2. Informational Side Bar will be covered under a different Story (LPS-134816)
      3. This story will only assume that US addresses will be entered.  Localization will be supported under a future story.
