Drag-n-drop to change the order of manual selected web content items

This is real world request from a customer.

With both the asset publisher and collections you can manually select items.

To change the order you have to use up/down arrows.

Let's say you have 25 items and you want the top one to be at the bottom you have to click 24 times! 

What if you could simply drag-and-drop them where you want them to be?

In fact, this kind of functionality is supported with pinned items in the ranking results admin and exactly what this customer is looking for except it has to be a collection or asset publisher list.
