API implementation for layoutTypePortlet that considers Content Pages

    Description

      As https://issues.liferay.com/browse/PTR-2529 mentioned, there's a lack of consideration for portlets in content pages which is considered as a limitation in the product.

      This tasks revolves around overcoming this limitation, and researching if we can do an implementation for layoutTypePortlet that also considers Content Pages.
