User Story

As a user on my mobile device (tablet or phone), I want to be able to start a BOP quote so that I can get a quote from Raylife on the go.

Viewing the landing page should match the mockups from UX. Users should be able to view the landing page on a mobile device (phone or tablet) we need specific sizing
Functionality should remain the same as Desktop version
Menu and header link styling should match what is indicated in Local Components in the Figma design.
The product selection on the home page was removed on a previous story ~~LPS-142901~~
