       Description

      The input mask can not be Localizable on the decimal, just continuous the mask of Default Language. 

       Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
      2. Add a Numeric field and set its type to Decimal
      3. Go to Advanced Tab
      4. Turn on the Input Mask property
      5. Add an mask
      6. Change the language 
      7. Add a different mask for this language
      8. Save
      9. Observe the masks on the Advanced Tab

       Expected Result

      The input mask of Decimal can be Localizable

       Actual Result

      The input mask of Decimal can not be Localizable and just default appear
