API key does not persist after publishing a form

      Description
      API key after publishing does not persist and the Search Location requires the API key again.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to configuration > Site settings > Third Party Applications;
      2. Go to Google Places and set an API key;
      3. Go to Content & Data > Forms > Create New Form;
      4. Add a Search Location field;
      5. Publish the Form;
      6. Go back to the form created;
      7. Click on teh search location field.

      Expected Result
      The API key should remain as set.

      Actual Result
      The API key does not persist on Search Location field.
