Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a new Asset Library and enable staging for this Asset Library
2. Add a new site and enable staging for this site
3. Connect this Asset Library to the site
4. Delete this Asset Library(for the first time)

Expected result:
The Asset Library is deleted.

Actual result:
The Asset Library is not deleted for the first time:

• A successful message is displayed, but the deletion is not successful.
• The number of the connected sites changes from 1 to 0.
• Click the Delete button again, the depot will be deleted.

Note:
If connect the depot to the site first and enable both of them, then the number of the connected sites doesn't change, but still can not delete the depot for the first time.
