Letters on keyboard are inputting wrong values when using an input mask with a suffix in a decimal number field

    Description

       Description

      When the user sets a numeric field to decimal and uses an input mask and the suffix has a number the field generates numbers when typing letters on the published form

       Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Content & Data > Forms 
      2. Add a Numeric Field
      3. Select the Numeric field and change it to Decimal
      4. Go to the Advanced tab
      5. Enable Input Mask
      6. Set the Thousands Separator
      7. Insert an mask -> 999
      8. Select Suffix
      9. Publish the form
      10. Go to Published form
      11. Type any letter 
      12. Observe

       Expected Result

      Typing letters must not work on numeric field

       Actual Result

      Typing letters is filling the numeric field
