As the Account Administrator, I want to add and edit Accounts

Adding and Editing Accounts allows Users to to create and update information pertaining to an Account. Note that the User must have permissions to add and edit Accounts.

 

Functional Requirements: 

1. Add an Account
2. Assign a 2B Account Administrator.
3. Type (Guest, Personal, Business)
   1. Immutable once set
4. Edit and Save changes to the following fields:
   1. Image
   2. Name - Required
   3. Type (Guest, Personal, Business) - Immutable
   4. Tax ID (EIN, VAT, etc)
   5. Default Billing Address
   6. Default Shipping Address
