Visible fields has inconsistent behavior when removing all options on Search Location field

Description

When using the Search Location field on the form builder after removing all Visible fields options and saving the form the Search location has an inconsistent behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add a Search Location field
3. Set a valid Google Maps API Key on the site settings
4. Select Search location 
5. remove all the Visible Fields options
6. Save the form
7. Select Search location 
8. Observe

Expected Result

Search location must work correctly after removing all visible fields

Search location is not working correctly after removing all visible fields
