 Description

Rich text cursor moves to begin while typing the predefined value

 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Forms > New Form
2. Add a rich text field
3. Go to the predefined value
4. Type something (Usually it happens if the user types fast)

 Note: The issue also happens with the published form when the user (common user) is filling

 Note 2: In the case of copy and paste the text inside the predefined or published Rich Text, the issue does not happen.**

 Expected Result

The text cursor should stay at the end of the line.

 Actual Result

The cursor jumps to the beginning without any click while the user is typing.
